Flooring Estimator

Full-Time | Remote | Flooring Estimating reputed company is hiring a Remote Flooring Estimator on behalf of one of our U.S.-based construction reputed company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in flooring takeoffs for retail, hospitality, and multifamily reputed company. The Role As the Estimator, you’ll analyze construction drawings and specs, prepare competitive bids, and collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities • Read and interpret blueprints/specifications; reputed company solutions to clients • Create estimates using Measure reputed company, and Measure CRM • reputed company materials and negotiate pricing • Support PMs, assist other estimators at reputed company • Assist with budgets and value engineering • Improve internal estimation processes • reputed company reputed company presentations and follow up on bids to convert estimates into signed reputed company • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to foster repeat business and trust Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in reputed company flooring estimation • Strong math, reputed company reading, and software skills • Strong business reputed company, background in sales and estimation, negotiation of reputed company reputed company, and understanding of expectations • reputed company to multitask • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, conflict reputed company skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, vendors and Project Management tea • Proficiency with Measure reputed company (required) • Excellent communication and time management • Team-reputed company reputed company with self-motivation Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
