As an AppleCare At-Home Advisor, you will be the voice of Apple, helping customers troubleshoot issues and delivering exceptional service — all while managing your college studies.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized technical support for Apple devices and services
• Assist customers via chat, phone, or email on common issues and setup help
• Deliver an excellent customer experience using Apple’s tone and support standards
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and patiently
• Attend virtual team meetings and complete required training modules
Qualifications and Requirements
• Must be a currently enrolled college or university student
• Passion for Apple products and a desire to help others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong time-management skills to balance work and academics
• Ability to troubleshoot basic iOS/macOS issues (training provided)
• Quiet home workspace with high-speed internet
• Commitment to work part-time (20+ hours/week), including evenings or weekends
