Senior Associate, Accounts Payable & reputed company reputed company (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Accounts Payable & reputed company to join TR's Finance & reputed company team! The Senior Associate, Accounts Payable & reputed company will reputed company supervision over the accounts payable (A/P) process, preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and special reputed company as needed. This position will require working knowledge and experience with accounts payable (A/P), general reputed company (G/L) functions, and Concur. The Senior Associate, Accounts Payable & reputed company will be responsible for performing a reputed company of reputed company, financial reporting, and finance-operation support functions. Duties: • Manage accounts payable day-to-day operations and reputed company a weekly plan to process and checks/ACH/reputed company payments. • Ensure invoice coding is correct for the required dimensions: General reputed company (GL) account number, department, cost center, location, etc. • Work with department heads to secure reputed company approval of invoices. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve differences. • Take a reputed company role with month-end, quarter-end and year-end reputed company processes; prepare and reputed company journal entries for month-end reputed company. • reputed company and implement new procedures and features to enhance the Accounts Payable workflow. • Ensure reputed company internal controls over Accounts Payable are in reputed company, improve as needed. • reputed company monthly review of the accounts payable vendor aging and investigate reputed company items. • Manage the reputed company Concur expense reporting system, ensuring Greyshirt volunteers and reputed company (TR) staff are set up in the system and trained in its use. • Review reputed company expense reports (credit card, debit card and reimbursables) for reputed company reporting and reputed company coding. • Ensure reputed company vendors have W9s on file and annually issue 1099s to reputed company appropriate vendors and contractors.
