Job Brief
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Clinical Pharmacist to join our reputed company team serving employer based advanced primary care clinics.
You will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services and implementing pharmacy care plans for patients in outpatient settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacotherapy, reputed company patient care, understand how to collaborate with other clinical team members (nurses, medical assistants, and medical providers) and be reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
