Assoc Business Administration Specialist (Bilingual Japanese)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Administer and help improve multiple 3rd Party business tools and systems for Publisher Account Management (e.g. NDP, SST, DRT).
• Manage the onboarding process for new publishers and ensure accounts are in good standing.
• Track status and support communication between publishers and Nintendo (including NCL) for various agreements/contracts.
• Work with internal departments including NCL to set up, maintain, and manage payee accounts for monthly global payment.
• Handle monthly regional payment process for Distribution & Royalty payments.
• Respond to various inquiries via Thirdpartypublisher@noa.nintendo.com and Jira/Confluence.
• Attend weekly/bi-weekly meetings with NCL, IT, and Legal teams.
• Analyze and resolve publisher account issues.
• Support continuous process improvement for system and process optimization.
• Coordinate operation tasks such as IP transfer and content removal with publishers and internal teams.
• Translate and interpret written and verbal communication among NCL, NOA, and our publishers.
• Ensure compliance with Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) policies and procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent.
• Excellent English/Japanese bilingual skills (verbal and written). Level 1 JPLT or equivalent proficiency.
• Familiarity with tax, accounts payable, agreement/contract, e-commerce concepts.
• Some direct business experience with these concepts and terminologies.
• Program and account management experience preferred.
