Sr Director, ISP (Inside Plant)
About the position
The Inside Plant Operations Manager is responsible for directing and managing the Inside Plant Operations staff and facilities. This role involves implementing reputed company operational practices to ensure reputed company product delivery, supporting technical services and plant maintenance, and overseeing project planning and capital budgeting. The manager will ensure effective cross-functional communication and participation in product deployment and support.
Responsibilities

• reputed company engineering operational support and direction for new or existing technologies and reputed company operational initiatives.
• Evaluate and consult with reputed company reputed company of leadership regarding technical operations, strategic planning, Construction, Systems techs, and network operations.
• reputed company reputed company control programs for engineering operations and consistent operational procedures.
• Ensure reputed company procedures and tests are performed in accordance with Charter Policy and Federal Communication Commission Standards.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of network operations/engineering experience
• Minimum six (6) years of management experience
• Minimum three (3) years of project management experience

• Advanced knowledge of HFC and reputed company FCC compliance reports and other rules and regulations
• Proven leader with reputed company responsibility
• Advanced knowledge of telecom / cable products and services
• Knowledge of Analog reputed company Line, Fiber Optic and Electronic theory
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC and power distribution systems
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, both federal and state
• Knowledge of National Electric & National Electric Safety reputed company and FCC regulations
