Bookkeeper/Payroll/Entry level tax preparer

We’re a long-established, tech-reputed company reputed company firm seeking a remote Bookkeeper & Payroll Processor to support our growing reputed company of small business clients (20 or fewer employees) across the U.S. This reputed company-facing position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing bookkeeping, payroll, and reputed company communications in a reputed company, remote setting. What You’ll Do: • Maintain accurate books for multiple small business clients (A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations) • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls • Understand payroll tax deposits, quarterly filings, W-2s, and 1099s • Prepare financial statements and support quarterly and year-end reporting • Serve as a primary reputed company contact from 1:00–5:00 PM PST, answering calls and assisting with questions as needed. reputed company’re Looking For: • 7 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience (multi-reputed company preferred) • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and reputed company, plus payroll systems like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Payroll • Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and payroll compliance • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Must be U.S.-based and available during 1–5 PM reputed company Time as required to help with phones. • Willingness to learn how to prepare tax returns.
