Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tech Project Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution and completion of various technology projects. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams, helping to maintain project schedules, documentation, and communication flows. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for technology to contribute to impactful projects at a leading global company. Key Responsibilities • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing technology projects. • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, reports, and resource allocations. • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes. • Monitor project progress and help track deliverables and deadlines. • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. • Identify potential roadblocks or issues and escalate them appropriately. • Support with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation. • Help onboard new project team members and manage access to project tools. • Ensure compliance with company standards and project management methodologies. Required Skills • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Google Workspace tools). • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude. • Basic understanding of project management principles. • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation). • Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment. • Familiarity with agile methodologies. • Experience with remote team collaboration tools.
