Summary:
This role Involves meeting with clients and serving their needs. In addition the Representative trains and develops his team and drives sales. This starts part time so the Representative can build the District before making it a full time position. This role works remotely through zoom and is completely flexible. This position includes merit based raises and promotions. Compensation is uncapped.
Responsibilities:
The Representative is responsible for staffing the District. The Representative must also be able to train and develop team members. The Representative will learn directly from the Regional Vice President. This person must be coachable and able to adapt to changes.
Qualifications:
Must be located in the U.S.
Must be 18+
Able to pass a background check
Competitive is a plus
