Associate Compensation Analyst (Hybrid)

About the position Assists in analyzing, verifying, tracking and reporting of compensation programs including job evaluation and analysis for assigned functional areas. Assists in reviewing the health system's comparative position relative to market data and determines appropriate salary grades and attributes of jobs. Responsibilities • Assists in analyzing, verifying, tracking and reporting of compensation programs including job evaluation and analysis for assigned functional areas. • Assists department heads in developing and modifying job descriptions in accordance with requirements. • Assists in reviewing the health system's comparative position relative to market data and determines appropriate salary grades and attributes of jobs. • Coordinates with HRIT to create report templates that meet Compensation reporting needs. • Assists in ensuring statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements are met including FLSA and any other regulations. • Collaborates with Labor and Employee Relations and reputed company. • Participates in special reputed company such as reorganizations, acquisitions, across- the-reputed company increase processes, etc. • Completes reputed company and accurate salary surveys and analyzes results, as necessary. • Operates with reputed company guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity. • Performs reputed company duties as required. reputed company responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with reputed company.
