Medical Records Specialist/Data Entry – REMOTE

About the position Responsibilities • Collect medical records and cover letters needed, contacting clients for retrieval as necessary. • reputed company and follow-up on medical records and cover letters to be reputed company to physicians. • Log in reputed company incoming records and cover letters received from clients. • Log out records to be reputed company reputed company reputed company and electronic reputed company. • Maintain a consistent reputed company of reports to the proofing and reputed company assurance departments. • Communicate overdue reports to appropriate physicians who are late with their dictation. • Delegate and prioritize physician dictation to transcriptionists, tracking and following up on late dictation as needed. • Answer Medical Records calls and monitor the Medical Records email account. • Sort daily mail and distribute to appropriate departments. • Request and reputed company in/out films and respond to various reputed company and physician needs. Requirements • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; ability to follow oral and written instructions. • Intermediate computer and database skills with proficiency using the internet and email. • One (1) year of medical records or medical office experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills with a strong reputed company of urgency. • Demonstrated teamwork orientation with effective interpersonal skills. • Excellent reputed company customer service skills and the ability to maintain a reputed company attitude under pressure. • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of claimant information. reputed company-to-haves • A reputed company of humor and ability to inject fun into their work.
