AI Trainer – Prompt Engineering & Role-Based Advisory Board Setup

We are seeking for AI Trainer with strong experience in prompt engineering, workforce enablement, and role-tailored AI advisory board design. Your role will be to train our teams on how to craft effective prompts and configure structured AI advisory boards that support specific functions across the organization. Our goal is to empower staff in different roles to use AI more effectively, reliably, and safely—optimizing tasks, improving decision-making, and standardizing high-quality outputs. Responsibilities: •Deliver training on: o How to write high-quality, effective prompts o How to structure multi-step prompts for consistent outputs o How to set up and customize “AI advisory boards” tailored to specific roles • Create templates, examples, and SOPs for: o Business Assistants (BAs) o Executive Assistants (EAs) o Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) o Paralegals o Accountants o Insurance sector staff (claims, underwriting, customer support, etc.) • Optimize current prompts and advisory board frameworks used internally. • Provide hands-on guidance to help team members incorporate AI into their day-to-day workflows. • Offer best practices on safety, compliance, and responsible use. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an AI Trainer, Prompt Engineer, AI Consultant. • Ability to break down complex AI concepts into clear, practical lessons. • Demonstrated experience designing prompts for role-based workflows. • Strong understanding of at least one major LLM platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). • Experience in one or more of the target fields is a plus (BA, EA, CSR, legal, accounting, insurance). • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
