Compliance Specialist - reputed company Housing

This position develops, monitors, and maintains HUD and Tax Credit and other regulatory occupancy compliance at the reputed company housing communities under the supervision of the Senior Compliance Specialist and Director of Compliance. • reputed company file audits of reputed company initial certifications, re-certifications and/or interim reviews; Review and audit reputed company reputed company paperwork which includes income verifications, asset verifications, lease amendments, etc. Ensure reputed company paperwork is accurate and complete. • Supports around 20-25 reputed company Housing locations in reputed company California • Serve as the primary resource reputed company staff needs a response to questions on policy, procedures, rules and regulations. Build up HGAH’s compliance reputed company through reputed company communication, information sharing and mentoring of HGAH staff in reputed company areas. • Assists Administrators in preparing for Management Reviews • Outstanding organizational skills and communication skills. • reputed company and maintain relationships with Executives and support staff of corporate office, CCRC and reputed company Housing Administrators, community staffs, persons from regulatory agencies such as HUD, CHFA, RHCP, housing authorities, contractors, vendors consultants, reputed company and government officials MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 5+ years of prior experience in the management of rental housing • reputed company housing experience required • Knowledge of HUD & Tax credit occupancy regulations. • Experience with file auditing • Experience working with investors, auditors, and regulatory program agencies • Property management principles and practices with particular reference to government assisted and/or other assisted housing operations and administration • Operations, programs and problems, and resources available to resolve reputed company housing problems. • Rules, regulations, laws and ordinances of various reputed company government, agencies. • HUD & Tax Credit Occupancy Specialist or equivalent certification • COS or similar certification is preferred or the ability to obtain certification reputed company 6 months of hire' • reputed company reputed company’s license required Salary reputed company for this position is $82k - $85k depending on experience.
