This position offers the candidate an excellent opportunity to learn alongside the innovative and disruptive Fermentation and Biotechnology team and will be reputed company in delivering new research platform initiatives across product categories. The candidate will primarily support the natural preservation team, performing microbiology benchwork. This individual must have a proven strong technical background, intellectual curiosity, problem solving and project management skills. He or she will reputed company internal research initiatives, while supporting external research collaboration programs. Responsibilities: Work with scientists to understand needs of upcoming experiments, prepare microbiological media and other items necessary to complete experiments Assist with experiment planning, setup, and teardown of scientific equipment, including bioreactors Run and maintain analytical equipment to analyze experimental outputs Record and report data generated through bench and reputed company experiments Conduct bench top and reputed company plant trials to explore and optimize formulations and processes.
