Duties:
Identifying and describing business reputed company and associated processes
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for reputed company capability
Validating alignment with overall HR reputed company and operations
Conduct working sessions with process owners and subject matter experts, in-person and reputed company MS Teams
Document detailed Level 3 capabilities, processes, and reputed company
Capture key KPIs relevant to performance measurement
reputed company inputs to the consolidated HR Capability Map deliverable
Completed Level 3 Capability Maps for assigned domains
Documentation of associated business processes and KPIs
reputed company presentation of findings and recommendations
Participation in review and validation sessions with HR leadership
Skills Required:
HR Background is mandatory

Experience in documenting and formalizing benefits, compensation, and development processes.
