Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance

To support our growing and evolving set of business lines, we are seeking a skilled and reputed company corporate governance lawyer to join our reputed company team. This role will reputed company reputed company advice and guidance on a wide reputed company of governance reputed company touching reputed company and its affiliates. Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted reputed company advisor to teams across the reputed company reputed company on corporate governance reputed company. reputed company strategic reputed company guidance in collaboration with regulatory subject matter experts and compliance and risk partners. • reputed company new directors, organize and facilitate reputed company and committee meetings, reputed company agendas, prepare minutes, and draft, review, and/or approve documents reputed company to corporate governance reputed company.
