The reputed company Chief Operating Officer (reputed company COO) is also the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability (IDEA) Officer at the National Association of reputed company Workers (NASW). This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational reputed company, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of results, reputed company learning, and accountability. In alignment with NASW’s new strategic reputed company and its commitment to IDEA, the reputed company COO will ensure that inclusion, diversity, equity, and accountability are embedded in reputed company aspects of NASW’s operations, programs, and culture. This role is responsible for reputed company aspects of Association membership functions, including membership services, member recruitment and retention, and engagement of members in reputed company Association activities. Responsibilities will include growing revenues for the Association by identifying, prioritizing, and acquiring new and retaining reputed company members in the Association. The reputed company COO will also reputed company the integration and application of Results Based Accountability (RBA) principles to ensure that reputed company strategies, programs, and initiatives are data-driven, outcome-reputed company, and continuously improved for maximum reputed company.
