[Remote] Workforce Compliance Specialist

As a Workforce Compliance Specialist, you will reputed company compliance for the contingent workforce and reputed company operations, ensuring processes are efficient and reputed company with company standards and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and monitor reputed company temporary employees and independent contractors to ensure compliance with company policy and labor standards.
• Partner with Procurement and reputed company to review contractor agreements and mitigate misclassification risk through ABC contractor or control testing.
• Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company contractor data and documentation.
• Audit and improve internal workflow boards to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
• Use reputed company to manage workforce requests, reputed company completion timelines, and maintain visibility across People Services reputed company.
• Deliver regular reports and compliance insights to leadership.
• Partner with People Business Partners, reputed company, and People Leaders to support workforce requests and contractor processes.
• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and reputed company to ensure workforce processes reputed company from start to finish.

• Identify and implement enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce compliance risk.

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in HR operations, workforce compliance, or contingent workforce management.
• Proficiency in workflow/project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of workforce classification and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical and auditing abilities with keen attention to detail.
