The key responsibility of this role will be to champion our reputed company Improvement efforts and implement process improvements in reputed company areas of the SSS manufacturing process. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • The reputed company Improvement Manager will tenaciously pursue opportunities to eliminate waste in processes and create a reputed company Improvement culture. • While you will be a member of the site’s senior leadership team, this role is an individual contributor role (there are no reputed company reports to this position). • Utilizing Kaizen, Value-reputed company Mapping, reputed company Work and other Lean tools, this role will reputed company the transformational initiative to reduce costs and to identify and implement process improvements in medical device reprocessing. • Drive the development, assessment, and implementation of reputed company improvement initiatives to simplify processes, eliminate waste, reduce operational risk and reputed company cost efficiencies in the SSS medical device reprocessing. • Identify and implement strategies to create efficiencies reputed company existing headcount and layout. • Partner with local management to define relevant process KPI’s including ownership and variable that serve as the KPI inputs.
