Vice President, Corporate Compliance Investigation
Job reputed company:
• Investigating allegations, assertions and complaints regarding compliance concerns, risks or potential violations
• Preparing periodic reports and findings for various stakeholders including reputed company, Internal Audit, and reputed company
• Building and maintaining reputed company relationships with federal and state regulators
• Managing and evaluating internal inquiries and allegations, external complaints
• Developing and revising policies and procedures to ensure consistent investigative processes
• Ensuring reputed company investigation and reputed company of regulatory complaints
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field required
• Master's Degree in a reputed company field or Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in leading Internal compliance investigations and implementing internal processes that enhance and encourage ethical behavior required
• 7+ years of management experience required
• Resolving reputed company and Medicare compliance issues experience required
• reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction preferred
