Senior Corporate Counsel, Product
Job Description:
• Advise on product development, data privacy, intellectual property, and technology transactions
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to guide products from concept to commercialization
• Manage data governance and responsible AI strategies
• Negotiate privacy and IP terms in commercial agreements
Requirements:
• Requires a JD
• 8+ years’ combined law firm and/or in-house experience
• Deep expertise in product counseling, data privacy, and IP
• Direct experience advising technical teams—cybersecurity background a plus
