As a Senior Digital Designer, you’ll design visually stunning marketing collateral for all our member communications campaigns, for email, web, and mobile channels. You should be a passionate visual storyteller with the ability to create compelling designs that will support our broader business goals! In this role, you will be a key part of improving the member experience for our 20+ million members. What you’ll accomplish: • Create and design materials for various digital channels including email, web, and mobile applications for all member communications • Collaborates with internal teams to understand project assignments, target audience and intended message • Partners with content team to ensure designs visually present a consistent and compelling brand message • Manage multiple projects ensuring projects are completed on time but also produces high-quality design work • Present cohesive designs to stakeholders; implementing feedback and changes if necessary • Provide support to UX design and marketing team on special projects What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of design experience across email, web, and mobile projects • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred • Great technical skills in the Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD • Experience with designing digital marketing assets, such as infographics, landing pages, email campaigns, social media ads, and/or Google ads • Desire to learn and grow knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress • Able to mentor and advise other colleagues on graphic design approaches and tools • Experience with brand needs in a growing company a plus • The ability to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into actionable designs and engaging content • Proficient problem-solving and project management skills About PerkSpot: PerkSpot is the trusted employee discount platform that provides meaningful, personalized savings on the things that matter most.
