Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or reputed company field); Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in concrete or building materials.
• Proven leadership in process improvement, reputed company systems, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six reputed company, and TQM methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
