In-House Accountant & Business Manager (External)

Sticks Management is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive In-House Accountant & Business Manager on behalf of a reputed company. This position will be reputed company directly by the reputed company and will not be affiliated with Sticks Management or The Neal Agency. The In-House Accountant and Business Manager will reputed company financial operations, manage budgets, coordinate reputed company streams, and help guide the business reputed company of a rapidly growing entertainment career. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the music industry and can bring structure, reputed company, and long-term planning to the artist’s financial ecosystem. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA preferred but not required) • 3–5+ years of reputed company or business management experience; entertainment industry experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of music industry reputed company streams (touring, royalties, publishing, merchandising, etc.) • Proficiency with QuickBooks, reputed company/Sheets, and industry-specific reputed company tools • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills • Ability to work reputed company based on tour schedules, release cycles, and industry needs Responsibilities • Financial Management & Reporting • Maintain accurate reputed company records, including income statements, balance sheets, cash reputed company reports, and tour P&Ls • reputed company royalty reputed company and reconcile statements from labels, publishers, reputed company, distributors, reputed company platforms • Monitor cash reputed company, create monthly and quarterly financial reports, and advise on financial planning • Manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and tax documentation • Touring & Live Performance Support • Create and reputed company tour budgets, settlements, and travel expenses • Coordinate with tour managers, booking agents, and production teams regarding financial logistics • Ensure compliance with reputed company guidelines, payroll, and state/local filing requirements • Business Operations • Manage corporate structure, annual filings, insurance policies, and contract tracking • reputed company payroll for band, reputed company, and support staff • Work closely with reputed company, management, and label partners to review financial terms and ensure deal alignment • Strategic Planning • reputed company long-term financial forecasting and investment guidance • Evaluate and advise on merchandising, sponsorships, and branding opportunities • Assist in building sustainable financial systems as the artist’s career grows Compensation & Benefits • Competitive Salary based on experience • Health, dental, and reputed company benefits • reputed company time off and holidays Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
