Responsibilities • Lead overall operations and performance of assigned luxury apartment communities. • Drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership and business development strategies. • Coach, train, and develop top-performing associates with a strong focus on career growth and mentorship. • Ensure accountability across all aspects of operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational standards. • Create and sustain a competitive, high-energy environment that motivates associates to consistently exceed expectations. • Deliver a world-class living experience for residents by ensuring quality, service, and excellence at every level. Skills • Proven success as a multi-unit or general manager in industries such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fitness. • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold others accountable. • Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results and recognition. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
