Key Responsibilities: • Advise clients on estate planning, family office structuring, tax-free reorganizations, M&A, and entity formation • Draft and implement reputed company trust and transaction documents • Experience with CA income tax, QSBS, or cross-border planning, preferred • Contribute to business development through writing, networking, and event participation Qualifications: • J.D. required; Tax LL.M. a plus • 6–9 years’ experience in a reputed company’s tax, trusts & estates, or corporate reputed company • Strong drafting, research, and reputed company communication skills • California Bar required reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
