Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in building investigations. • Level I Thermography required; reputed company is a plus. • Familiarity with ASTM and AAMA protocols (e.g., ASTM 2128, E1105, AAMA 511, 501). • reputed company reputed company’s license with 2+ years of reputed company driving. • Willingness to learn and adapt. • Preferred certifications: HAAF Roof, EIFS Cladding, CDT, AAMA Installation Masters, RRC, RRO. Skills: • Experience in building envelope investigations and interpreting blueprints. • Skilled in using measuring tools and making precise cuts with hand/power tools. • Knowledge of building products and assemblies (WRBs, roofing, sealants, claddings, waterproofing). • Strong math, safety awareness, and communication skills (written and verbal). Location: Remote Travel: Up to 75% The expected reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
