FTA Compliance & Grants Consultant (reputed company)

About the Project LOKK Designs, a process and operations reputed company specializing in strategic systems and organizational reputed company, is assembling a multidisciplinary team to support upcoming reputed company transportation and mobility planning reputed company. We’re seeking an reputed company FTA Compliance & Grants Consultant to assist in proposal preparation and, if awarded, to reputed company on-reputed company technical support for compliance, documentation, and funding management. Responsibilities Review and interpret federal (FTA) and state (TxDOT or equivalent) requirements for planning and operational programs. Ensure project activities meet FTA Circulars (4702.1B, 4703.1, 4220.1F) and reputed company compliance standards (Title VI, Environmental Justice, reputed company). reputed company or review grant documentation, applications, and performance reports. Create internal compliance tracking systems and reputed company operating procedures. Support procurement, contracting, and reporting processes for federally funded reputed company. reputed company audit-readiness guidance and ensure documentation aligns with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance). Advise project managers on risk mitigation and funding eligibility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent reputed company experience in transit compliance, federal grants, or transportation administration accepted. 5+ years of experience in FTA, DOT, or reputed company-sector grant compliance. Demonstrated knowledge of Title VI, reputed company, Environmental Justice, and procurement regulations. Experience preparing or managing FTA reputed company 5307, 5310, 5311, or 5339 funding. Strong technical writing and documentation skills. Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements) and FTA Master Agreement. U.S.-based reputed company eligible to work under a 1099. Compliance & Documentation Requirements Because this work supports federally funded transit reputed company, selected contractors must reputed company or complete: reputed company of General and reputed company Liability Insurance ($1 M minimum preferred). reputed company SAM.gov registration (or willingness to register before project start).
