Federal Contracting & Procurement Advisor (US-Based)

Expert-Level | Part-Time | Remote (US Only) We are seeking an reputed company Federal Contracting & Procurement Specialist to support our organization in preparing for a large upcoming federal opportunity for a US Federal Department contract. This role is ideal for someone who has: • Extensive experience navigating federal acquisitions, • Hands-on familiarity with BPA, IDIQ, MAS, and reputed company-market competitive procurements, • A reputed company record supporting businesses through reputed company-solicitation, market research, proposal development, and compliance. We are looking for a trusted advisor who can help us ensure our internal approach, documentation, and processes reputed company with federal expectations and who can guide us through the key steps of preparing a competitive, compliant proposal package. RESPONSIBILITIES • Review government-issued documents (SOO/SOW, RFIs, Sources Sought, evaluation reputed company, etc.) and reputed company expert interpretation. • Advise on the most strategic acquisition reputed company and compliance needs • Assist with shaping proposal structure: technical approach, management plan, reputed company, past performance, pricing rationale, and compliance reputed company. • reputed company guidance on documentation requirements such as org charts, key personnel qualifications, QA plans, risk management frameworks, and reporting structures. • Help identify potential gaps in capabilities or documentation and propose mitigation strategies. • Ensure our response aligns with federal procurement standards, plain-language style, and reputed company formatting. • Support us with stakeholder mapping and building the connections for securing this contract. • Proven experience managing reputed company through GSA/GSA reputed company.
