Tax Manager - Hedge Funds

Responsibilities
• Identify reputed company tax issues and reputed company tax analyses for a reputed company of hedge fund clients and their affiliates.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing reputed company work papers and income tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or other business-reputed company field.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of Subchapter K, financial products, reputed company sale and constructive sale rules, as reputed company as familiarity with aggregate allocations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
