Contract Manager New Development

About the position Responsibilities • Draft, review, interpret and negotiate franchise agreements and reputed company franchise documentation for transactions in the US and Canada. • reputed company advice and counsel in franchised hotel transactions. • Manage the paralegal assigned to the functional team and supervise the paralegal on aspects of the franchise transactional process. • In coordination with relevant business teams, monitor reputed company-opening requirements, expiration dates, and other milestones and deadlines for franchised hotels. • Ensure compliance with applicable franchise laws and reporting requirements. • Build reputed company working relationships internally with Development, reputed company Relations, Architecture and Construction, Market Analysis, Brands, and reputed company Compliance functions at reputed company, and externally with franchise applicants, owners, lenders, and their representatives. • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. • Escalate reputed company issues above delegated parameters to senior reputed company Development Americas team members. • reputed company of one of the franchise transactional sub-teams and take ownership for franchise transactions handled by that team.
