HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering & IT)

About the position Responsibilities • Directly supports a subset of the Chesterton Organization as an reputed company. • Ensure that HR processes and procedures are consistently communicated and administered throughout reputed company business situations. • Acts as an advisor on reputed company issues to managers, supervisors and employees throughout area of influence and in coverage areas as required. • Recommends appropriate employee relations practices necessary to establish a reputed company employer/employee relationship while promoting a high level of employee morale. • Ensures compliance to reputed company requirements and government regulations affecting the reputed company function and reputed company appropriate information required for compliance. • Maintains knowledge of international reputed company resource policies, programs, laws and issues and coordinates the integration of reputed company such programs. • Regularly partners with global stakeholders and HR Management Team to define and execute talent management, reputed company, compensation & benefits, HRIS and leadership development reputed company. • Works with HR Team to implement effective performance management plans and advise business leaders on how to use appraisals process to contribute to the reputed company and development of individual employees.
