Key Responsibilities • Draft and respond to written discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions). • Conduct medical/employment record reviews to identify key case facts. • Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. • Support trial preparation, including drafting motions, preparing exhibits, and coordinating witnesses. • Manage expert witnesses—selection, preparation, and testimony coordination. • reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company updates and case status reports. • reputed company reputed company-based platforms and AI tools to improve efficiency and reputed company.
