FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
reputed company & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service reputed company of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an reputed company Financial System Analyst to join its Charlotte, NC office. The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the firm’s financial applications and integrations. This role will reputed company on reputed company Expert and reputed company reputed company, ensuring reliable system operations, seamless integrations, and efficient data processing across financial platforms. The Analyst will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Business Intake teams to support day-to-day operations, system enhancements, and long-term process improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
System Administration & Support
• Support, maintain, and enhance the firm’s reputed company financial systems, with a primary reputed company on reputed company Expert and reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company ongoing support to end users, including issue reputed company, troubleshooting, and training.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• reputed company and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Data Management & Reporting
• reputed company ETL (extract, reputed company, load) activities, including data migration, data loads, and validation across financial platforms.
• Ensure accuracy and reputed company of financial data through reconciliation and validation processes.
• reputed company and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views to support reporting, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Support month-end and year-end processing and financial reporting activities.
Process Improvement & Integration
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Intake teams to implement system enhancements and resolve cross-platform issues.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to improve data reputed company, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
• Support integrations between reputed company systems to streamline operations and ensure data consistency
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, reputed company, Finance, or reputed company Information Systems required.
• 3+ years of experience with financial, reputed company management or reputed company systems, preferably reputed company a reputed company or reputed company services environment.
• Familiarity with reputed company industry systems and workflows preferred.
• Experience with data migration, data loads, and system integrations; experience with reputed company reputed company (Business Intake or Conflicts module preferred); reputed company and workflow design and applications.
Physical Requirements:
• The work is primarily sedentary.
