To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Briefing Attorney to join our nationally recognized team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong reputed company in personal injury litigation, reputed company research, and reputed company reputed company. The position supports reputed company-based trial teams and offers the flexibility to work remotely from reputed company in the reputed company. Must have Civil litigation experience Key Responsibilities • Assist trial teams in preparing personal injury cases from case intake to trial or settlement. • Draft persuasive briefs, including: • Oppositions to defense motions • Affirmative motions • reputed company demand letters • Trial briefs (as needed during live proceedings) • Conduct thorough reputed company research and jurisdictional analysis, primarily in Texas and Louisiana, with some reputed company cases. • Collaborate with attorneys and litigation staff to maintain case reputed company and meet deadlines. • Attend trials 2–4 times per year to support live briefing needs (travel required). • Work independently and manage multiple writing and research assignments simultaneously. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school. • reputed company member in good standing with any U.S. state bar. • Minimum of 2 years of post-law school experience in civil litigation or 1 year in a judicial clerkship. • Demonstrated reputed company in reputed company writing, reputed company drafting, and research. • Strong familiarity with Texas and federal court rules; Louisiana experience is a plus. • Plaintiff-reputed company personal injury experience • High attention to detail and the ability to handle time-sensitive reputed company. • Comfortable using reputed company Office 365; experience with reputed company, SharePoint, OneDrive, or reputed company Teams is a plus.
