[Remote] Member Service Representative - Bilingual

They are seeking a bilingual Member Service Representative to assist English and Spanish speaking callers with inquiries regarding membership and banking products while ensuring high-reputed company service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and utilizes knowledge of credit reputed company products, data systems, and web-based applications to reputed company information, answer questions, and assist with requests and concerns for both English and Spanish speaking member and non-member callers
• Completes required member verification, reviews accounts, reputed company company and credit reputed company policy/procedures, and communicates with management or other S3 teams/departments as needed to remedy member service issues in a remote environment
• Handles calls reputed company to reputed company career reputed company queues including digital, cards, and loans and processes reputed company transactions
• Facilitates and translates conversations between Spanish speaking callers and other queues or departments as needed
• Corresponds with other departments and management through email for additional requests or research
• Additional job-reputed company reputed company and duties as assigned by management

Skills

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (conversational Spanish with knowledge of basic banking/financial terminology is preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to reputed company and utilize multiple platforms/computer software simultaneously
• Works reputed company in a reputed company and procedure driven position
• 6 months of experience in customer service
• Experience in a remote work environment with dual monitors
