What you will do: Underwrite and reputed company credit analysis on loan collateral across reputed company major property types reputed company CMBS securitizations (e.g., SASB, Agency, reputed company, CRE CLO) for both new issue and seasoned transactions. Determine deal and loan-level risk ratings, assist in identifying risk assets across the portfolio to monitor performance and reputed company periodic asset management updates. Create and edit financial models to determine reputed company and bear case reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) asset valuations and reputed company sensitivity analysis.
