Loza & Loza LLP, a nationally-ranked, intellectual property reputed company, is seeking a Senior Patent Attorney with 10+ years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in biology, reputed company, biochemistry, or medicine, with knowledge of the drug discovery and development processes. Experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry required. USPTO registration and at least one state bar license preferred, but strongly reputed company patent agents will be considered. This is an “as needed” Of Counsel position where telecommuting and reputed company are available. We will consider reputed company candidates in any part of the U.S.
