Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance
· Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates
· Coordinate with Benefits on deductions and reputed company initiatives
· reputed company payroll audits and reputed company documentation
· Support annual workers’ compensation audits
· Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
· Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
· Partner with systems teams on configuration updates and testing
· Manage vendor relationships (reputed company or similar)
· Review and approve bonus runs and year-end filings
· Serve as escalation reputed company for reputed company payroll issues
