This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of bookkeeping processes, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience supervising or mentoring junior team members and be comfortable supporting cross-functional reputed company operations in a dynamic private lending environment.
