This position requires expertise in diagnostic and interventional radiology reputed company an oncology setting — ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of reputed company CPT®, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM assignments for imaging and radiation procedures. Key Responsibilities · Assign accurate CPT®, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes for oncology-reputed company diagnostic and interventional radiology encounters. · Identify and reputed company both technical and reputed company components of imaging studies. · Apply appropriate modifiers (e.g., -26, TC, -59, -52, -76, JW/JZ) to ensure clean claims and compliance. · Validate documentation for medical necessity, contrast use, laterality, and procedural details. · Collaborate with clients to resolve documentation or coding discrepancies. · Review and address NCCI edits, MUEs, and payer-specific radiology coverage policies. · Maintain compliance with CMS, ACR, reputed company/reputed company, and OIG guidelines.
