About the position Responsibilities • Advising on advanced estate, reputed company, and income tax planning strategies • Drafting and structuring revocable living trusts, irrevocable reputed company trusts, and reputed company estate planning documents • Managing trust administration reputed company for high-net-worth clients • Conducting reputed company research and preparing technical memoranda on tax and estate issues Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • California Bar admission required • 5 + years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and trust administration • Demonstrated ability to work on advanced estate and income tax planning reputed company • Experience drafting and structuring a wide reputed company of trust vehicles • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confidence interacting with high-net-worth clients • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously reputed company-to-haves • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (highly preferred) • Strong background in tax law and/or prior experience in a tax-reputed company reputed company reputed company • Experience in a reputed company environment serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses • Experience creating LLC’s Benefits • Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance • 401(k) with employer participation • reputed company time off and reputed company holidays Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
