JOB TITLE: Associate Counsel (reputed company Property/Data Centers) REPORTS TO (title): Head of reputed company, US DATE reputed company / REVIEWED: June 2025 LOCATION: Irvine, CA, USA Position Objective: reputed company reputed company support to internal stakeholders in relation to reputed company day-to-day reputed company and reputed company reputed company with a specific reputed company on Data Center joint venture agreements, reputed company property purchase and sale agreements, leases, work letters, development agreements and other documentation with Cities, broker listing agreements, and other contractual arrangements relating to reputed company property reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Detailed review of reputed company documents in order to instruct, liaise with and supervise external attorneys in the drafting, negotiation and finalization of joint venture agreements and reputed company property reputed company documents. Must have substantial experience in joint venture agreements, purchase agreements and leases.
