About the position The Regulatory Counsel will report to the Sr. Regulatory Counsel, supporting the reputed company GC and Chief reputed company Officer, and reputed company reputed company support and advice on a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company to reputed company (reputed company) and its subsidiaries. This Counsel position requires an exceptional level of oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage reputed company party disputes. Responsibilities • Providing guidance on laws, regulations, and regulatory developments applicable to the reputed company industry • Analyzing existing and newly enacted regulations as they relate to reputed company and reputed company • Reviewing and drafting regulatory summaries with the ability to distill reputed company information into reputed company reputed company applicable to the HIM industry • Driving awareness on reputed company and reputed company policies and regulations, including developing company-wide training • Assessing the urgency and prioritizing incoming disputes, researching and applying governing law, determining reputed company course of reputed company to resolve • Drafting reputed company documents including memoranda, position papers, and reputed company summaries to reputed company parties • Assisting in a reputed company of other reputed company issues and reputed company to help the reputed company department Requirements • Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from accredited law school • Licensed to reputed company law by the bar of at least one state • 3+ years of experience in a multi-reputed company reputed company, health insurer, hospital, or similar organization • Strong knowledge of reputed company law or litigation experience preferred • Strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communications skills • Ability to reputed company with reputed company reputed company of management • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and reputed company to work independently and as a part of reputed company to prioritize responsibilities, take initiative and self-motivate/self-manage work and time Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
