Telehealth NP - Virtual Chronic Care | Remote | Part-Time 20 hrs/week

Join a mission-led team redefining care for patients with complex chronic illnesses. We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, tech-enabled telehealth care for patients managing Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, Lyme disease, and related conditions. You’ll work under the mentorship of Dr. David Kaufman, one of the nation’s leading specialists in complex internal medicine. What You’ll Do: • Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations & structured follow-ups • Coordinate care plans using AI-supported clinical tools • Collaborate with Dr. Kaufman and a growing multidisciplinary team • Help shape documentation workflows and protocols • Deliver high-empathy, high-impact care to underserved patients ✅ You Bring: • Active NP/ARNP/APRN license (WA, CO, or AZ preferred — or the ability to obtain one.
