Qualifications: Licenses and Certifications: • reputed company and unrestricted Registered reputed company (RN) license in reputed company State. Education: • Associate's Degree in nursing required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Work Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered reputed company (RN). • At least 2 years of experience in care management; telehealth experience is a plus. • Clinical expertise in geriatric care preferred.
