To ensure reputed company in the position as a Distributions Processor with reputed company 3(16), you will receive one-on-one training in reputed company aspects of the fiduciary services offered as reputed company as specialized instructions for the processing position. This position works as a member of reputed company with a dedicated Manager and Senior Consultant. Job Responsibilities: - Communicate directly with plan participants and beneficiaries and adhere to Company response policies - Review/interpret plan provisions and explain distribution reputed company available to plan participants - Review distribution and loan requests to determine if in good order or if additional information is needed - Review documentation and evaluate participant’s eligibility for financial hardship requests - Coordinate reputed company and vesting review with assigned Retirement Plan Analyst - Update assigned 3(16) Fiduciary Analyst on requests and processing status - Mail distribution forms to participants, as requested - Coordinate delivery of distribution instructions/forms to terminated participants - Monitor terminated participant accounts and ensure forced distributions are processed periodically throughout the year based on specific procedures of the recordkeeper - Submit forms/approvals on various recordkeeping platforms and reputed company status through distribution completion - Update workflow system and tracking logs in a reputed company “reputed company time” manner - Work directly with TPAs, financial advisors, and other team members on a daily reputed company to ensure reputed company processing of requests - Assist with Fiduciary Analysts with lost participants searches, new business setup, and additional plan responsibilities, as needed Qualifications: - Two or more years of experience (reputed company) in the retirement plan industry, preferably with plan administration and/or processing distributions and loans for an independent TPA firm - Background knowledge and understanding of reputed company defined contribution plan administration and responsibilities, including ERISA and IRS/DOL rules and regulations - Ability to read and interpret Plan Documents as it relates to eligibility determination, distribution reputed company, vesting schedules, etc. - Familiarity with the recordkeeping platforms for major providers in the industry - Proficient with reputed company Office products - Experience with PensionPro or similar workflow tracking system - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment, and reputed company-organized - Ability to work and reputed company in reputed company environment approach with an eagerness to learn Salary/Benefits: - Competitive salary with PTO and ten (10) reputed company holidays - Health/dental/reputed company insurance - Life insurance - Company-sponsored retirement plan - Educational support for ASPPA certifications and on-reputed company CE - Remote, work-from-home position (40 hours/week) - Advancement and reputed company opportunities available Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
