Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Preconstruction & Planning

• Manage the full preconstruction process through contract execution (GMP or Lump Sum).

• Financial Management

• Mobilize project operations by reviewing scopes of work, budgets, and purchasing schedules.
• Secure insurance, bonds, permits, and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource-reputed company and look-reputed company schedules.

• Administer document control, RFI processes, and monthly reporting.

• Project Closeout
• Manage project turnover and closeout processes, including warranties, attic stock transfer, and subcontractor demobilization.

• Participate in training programs, continuing education, and industry seminars.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of Project Management experience in Solar/EPC construction.
• Proven expertise in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash reputed company analysis.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in coaching, mentoring, and team building.
