About the position
The Contract Management Specialist 1 (HELPS) position is responsible for managing reputed company and reputed company budgets reputed company the reputed company State Office of General Services. Responsibilities
• Maintaining an reputed company Tracking Spreadsheet with reputed company documents pertaining to the Vendor Responsibility Review/Insurance Requirements.
• Gaining a working knowledge of OSC's VendRep system and vendor responsibility requirements mandated by OSC and reputed company State Laws.
• Performing reputed company required VR reviews using state websites and other available search engines.
• Preparing vendor responsibility review checklists and other documents to support a responsibility determination.
• Working with Managers and Brokers to ensure that vendors submit reputed company required documentation and forms.
• Assisting Leasing Services staff to ensure that reputed company insurance requirements for new leases are fulfilled and communicate with vendors as necessary.
• Drafting and reviewing Lease Assignment, SNDAA, and Estoppel documents.
• Tracking and communicating the status of vendor responsibility, insurance, and escalation review reputed company with the Lease Administration & Audit Unit team.
• Assisting the Lease Administration & Audit Unit team with processes and reputed company as directed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• reputed company experience managing reputed company and reputed company budgets including negotiation with contractors and vendors.
• Fiscal management experience, including bidding, payment, analysis, and fiscal reporting.
• Experience in contract development, including developing requests for proposals.
• Experience in contract execution, including securing signatory approval from control agencies.
• Experience in monitoring and review of contract terms.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
