Meme Creator, Reddit Community Manager
Job Description:
• Produce original meme content—static, GIF, short-form video—built specifically for Reddit consumption.
• Adapt content formats to fit subreddit rules, voice, tone, and sense of humor.
• Rapidly conceptualize and iterate on memes for news cycles, trending posts, or emergent platform behaviors.
• Actively engage in Reddit communities—posting, commenting, responding, and participating in discourse.
• Monitor subreddit performance, sentiment, and feedback loops.
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in digital engagement, community management, meme creation, or analytics for a campaign, advocacy org, social change agency, or brand.
• Demonstrated experience with Reddit, subreddit engagement, and navigating diverse political and cultural online communities.
• Strong fluency in social media, digital content, internet culture, and platform-specific humor.
• Ability to produce content natively suited for Reddit and cross-platform adaptation.
Benefits:
• The salary for this position is $75,000 plus a generous benefits package.
